Our cooperation with Skoda dates back to 2017. We started off with a project aimed at adapting its global positioning for the Polish market and with a major challenge: how to turn a brand burdened with the ‘an old-fashioned uncle’ image into one that would fit into the new definition of status on the Polish market? We diagnosed the key barriers, redefined the notion of status and developed relevant positioning for Poland.
Today, we do strategic work and research on the key challenges faced by the brand in order to further strengthen its market position.
